Key Responsibilities
1. Software Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide comprehensive on-site and off-site software technical assistance, system deployment, configuration, and data initialization.
- Actively diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software glitches, OS compatibility issues, database errors, and data synchronization bottlenecks.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to end users on how to operate the software and navigate its features.
2. Hardware Integration & Network Setup
- Assist clients with software installation across various platforms (Windows/Android/Cloud).
- Configure and troubleshoot local network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi) and ensure seamless data integration between hardware devices and our core software.
3. Product Presentations & Client Training
- Conduct technical software demonstrations and user-training sessions for clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, system architecture documentation, or technical requirements for client inquiries/tenders.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, Software/Application Support, or System Implementation.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Android OS environments.
- Solid understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi configuration, firewall settings).
- Familiarity with database management (e.g., SQL queries, data backup/restore) or software installation deployment is highly advantageous.
