Responsibilities:
- Perform support on web and mobile applications on various platforms (React Native, Cordova, JAVA, Vue + PHP, MVC, .NET, DEV Express).
- Troubleshoot application issues in Windows Server, MSSQL, IIS, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
- Troubleshoot application issues using analytical methods.
- Fix application defects and resolve technical problems.
- Utilize data analytics to deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues within SLA.
- Manage and close all tickets and live chats efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal IT to maintain system stability.
- Provide feedback on technical challenges and propose solutions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting Software, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in software development, application support, business analysis, testing, and troubleshooting will be an advantage.
- Skills in React Native, React JS, JavaScript, Android, iOS, C#, Git are a plus.
- Experience with databases, Web servers, MSSQL is advantageous.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Positive, self-motivated, and responsible team player.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
