Job Description
- Ensure stable operation of the trading system infrastructure (Windows Server, databases, middleware, network, etc.).
- Perform daily/periodic health checks and inspections: resource usage, processes/services, connectivity, disk usage, logs, etc., and produce inspection reports.
- Configure and optimize monitoring/alerting rules; respond to alerts and perform initial triage and mitigation.
- Troubleshoot incidents and provide on-call/emergency response; execute recovery/rollback plans, meet SLA targets, and deliver post-incident reports.
- Handle customer tickets and inquiries; classify issues and provide first-line/initial technical handling; collaborate with Technical Support Engineers for complex cases.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts/tools (Python/PowerShell) for log collection, batch tasks, scheduled jobs, and health checks.
- Support change management, releases and go-live activities, including runbooks, maintenance windows and rollback plans.
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base: SOPs, runbooks, FAQs and incident records for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Network/Information Systems or related fields.
- 1+ year experience in system operations/IT support/system administration (excellent fresh graduates may be considered).
- Strong self-learning ability and ownership; can quickly understand business workflows and system architecture.
