Job Description
The role is responsible for designing, planning, deploying, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers, in line with client requirements and industry best practices.
It also includes monitoring, optimizing, and fine-tuning network performance to ensure reliability, stability, and efficient operation.
The engineer is required to provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for complex network incidents while collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
Proper documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, change logs, and regular reports on performance, security, and capacity utilization, must be maintained.
In addition, the role involves leading network infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, while mentoring junior engineers and promoting knowledge sharing across teams.
